Privacy policy

What we collect

Monster Bot collects and stores the following information:

  • Discord User ID - Used to identify your character across servers
  • Discord Guild ID - Used to track which server your character belongs to
  • Gameplay data - Your character's level, class, equipment, XP, gold, and battle statistics

How we use it

This data is used solely to provide the game functionality:

  • Maintaining your character's progress
  • Displaying leaderboards and rankings
  • Operating the global market
  • Tracking battle participation and rewards

Data storage

All data is stored in a database hosted on Railway. We do not share your data with third parties.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as you have an active character. If you want your data deleted, contact us on the support server.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or request deletion by contacting us on the support server.

Changes

We may update this policy as the bot evolves. Significant changes will be announced on the support server.
